About the training
You want to have control over absenteeism and keep your employees sustainably employable. You may have questions such as: how do you guide an employee who has fallen ill? How do you conduct a preventive or frequent absenteeism interview? How do you deal with resistance? What steps are involved in the Gatekeeper Improvement Act?
By recognizing signals that can lead to (long-term) absenteeism, you can often intervene and even prevent absenteeism. Especially with the increase in absenteeism due to stress-related complaints, it is important to be prepared. Employees with stress-related complaints are on average not fully working for 240 days, and with burnout even 300 days. How you tackle this is taught in our practical one-day training.

This training is suitable for anyone who regularly deals with absenteeism, whether from the role of manager, absenteeism coordinator, or from the HR or P&O department.
Program
This 3.5 hour training takes place from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm and is led by an experienced professional. You will work with theoretical knowledge, supported by practical examples from your own company. During the training, a training actor will join, allowing you to practice absenteeism interviews in a safe environment.
As a conclusion, you will create a brief personal action plan to retain the acquired knowledge and continuously apply it in practice. After completion, you will receive an ArboNed certificate.
Approach
This online training is given with Microsft Teams. We work with small groups to keep the interaction high during the training. The training is set up in such a way that there is sufficient variation between theory, interaction and case studies. There are regular breaks.
